Reservation and cancellation conditions

The guest will pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellations after booking and 100% of the price if the reservation is canceled within 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee of 100% will not be charged if the client can not use the ordered services for serious reasons and will prove by reliable written confirmation (death, institutional treatment).
Unfavorable snow and weather conditions do not justify the cancellation of the cancellation fee.
A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged to the guest upon making the reservation and the remaining amount within 60 days prior to arrival.
